Abstract

As evidenced by universal understanding and national laws, the marriage of 18-year-old girls is a global phenomenon affecting millions. Early marriage is a violation of human rights that deprives girls of the opportunity to receive a full education, to pay for welfare, to hold modern, mature, and ultimately to choose a life partner. Early marriage is driven by poverty and affects the well-being of young girls: increased risk of sexually transmitted infections, cervical growth, intestinal disease, stillbirths, and childbirth fistula. Early marriage has limited the development of a healthy child. The fetus is more likely to be born prematurely, such as newborns, newborns, or infants. If we want to end a marriage at an early age, we need to use social media strategies and programs, spread the word, attract local religious leaders, including guardians, and equip young women with education and employment.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management techniques employed by South Sudanese commercial banks. Using a contemporaneous mixed study methodology, information was gathered from purposely-sampled commercial banks. 5 point Linkert scale types of questionnaires were delivered to 56 respondents from chosen commercial banks. Questionnaires were the primary data gathering tool. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V 16.0) was used to examine the data in major part, as well as distribution tables displaying frequencies and percentages. Tables have been created to display the findings. The key findings of this study project were that the majority of commercial bank employees strongly believed that risk management is an essential approach for managing a wide range of risks in a holistic manner and is critical in managerial decision making, influencing company performance. The study also discovered that risk management is now a must rather than a choice for commercial companies. Overall, the data indicate that South Sudanese banks are risk-averse. According to the report, it is critical for every successful commercial bank or financial institution to implement an ERM framework.

How Website Design Quality Affects Customers’ Purchase Intention Adeba Anika Islam

How Website Design Quality Affects Customers’ Purchase Intention

Author (s)

Abstract

E-commerce is rapidly growing in today’s technology-driven world. In order to increase purchase intention in new online visitors and retain current customers, companies must ensure their e-commerce website is designed to maximize customer satisfaction and trust. However, there are several elements of website design quality that influence purchase intentions more strongly than others. This research attempts to synthesize the recent literature on the main determinants of website design quality that increase purchase intention. Consequently, the most significant determinants are transaction ease, visual design, information quality, social-cue, ease of navigation, service quality and security; their importance varying across industries. Among research conducted on e-commerce websites selling products, visual design has a more significant effect on customer satisfaction than information quality and service quality. The opposite is found to be true among empirical studies of e-commerce websites selling services. Transaction ease, social-cue, ease of navigation and security have a substantial impact on customer satisfaction and trust, regardless of whether the e-commerce website is offering products or services.
