Machine Learning Classification Based on Radom Forest Algorithm: A Review

Abstract

­Machine Learning is a significant technique to realize Artificial Intelligence. The Random Forest Algorithm can be considered as one of the Machine Learning’s representative algorithm, which is known for its simplicity and effectiveness. It is also can be defined as a Decision Tree-Based Classifier that chooses the best classification tree as the final classifier’s classification of the algorithm via voting. Random Forest is the most accepted group classification technique because of having excellent features such as Variable Importance Measure, Out-of-bag error, Proximities, etc. Currently, it is in the new classification, intrusion detection, content information filtering, and sentiment analysis that is why there is an extensive range of applications in image processing. In this paper, the construction process of Random Forests and the study status of Random Forests would primarily be introduced in terms of capacity enhancement and performance indicators. The use of Random Forest in different fields such as Medicine, Agriculture, Astronomy, etc. is often mentioned.

Abstract

­Face recognition is increasingly being used for solving various social-problems such as personal protection and authentication. As with other widely used biometric applications, facial recognition is a biometric instrument such as iris recognition, vein pattern recognition, and fingerprint recognition. Facial recognition identifies a person based on certain aspects of his physiology. Deep Learning (DL) is a branch of machine learning (ML) that can be used in image processing and pattern recognition to solve multiple problems, one of the applications is face recognition. With the advancement of deep learning, Convolution Neural Network (CNN) based facial recognition technology has been the dominant approach adopted in the field of face recognition. The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of face recognition approaches. Furthermore, the details of each paper, such as used datasets, algorithms, architecture, and achieved results are summarized and analyzed comprehensively.

Abstract

­One of the most significant subjects of society is human healthcare. It is looking for the best one and robust disease diagnosis to get the care they need as soon as possible. Other fields, such as statistics and computer science, are needed for the health aspect of searching since this recognition is often complicated. The task of following new approaches is challenging these disciplines, moving beyond the conventional ones. The actual number of new techniques makes it possible to provide a broad overview that avoids particular aspects. To this end, we suggest a systematic analysis of human diseases related to machine learning. This research concentrates on existing techniques related to machine learning growth applied to the diagnosis of human illnesses in the medical field to discover exciting trends, make unimportant predictions, and help decision-making. This paper analyzes unique machine learning algorithms used for healthcare applications to create adequate decision support. This paper intends to reduce the research gap in creating a realistic decision support system for medical applications.

Abstract

­Quality of Service (QoS) is a significant concept in distributed systems. Therefore, several studies within QoS for distributed systems have been researched over the past years. It is very difficult to deliver an appropriate QoS level for frameworks running in different open resource environments, including the Internet. A distributed system’s QoS characteristics are affected by the QoS of the specific hosts involved, and the QoS of the networking subsystem linking these hosts. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art of distributed systems evolution in QoS architecture. In the context of distributed systems, the method adopted is to address QoS terms and a generalized QoS system for identifying and explaining QoS.

Abstract

­Resource allocation in a distributed system is the process of allocating the workload across multiple resources to optimize the required performance criteria. Different techniques are used to manage resource allocation in such distributed systems. The resource allocation for distributed systems such as cloud computing, cellular network, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Radar Imaging and 5G Networks are used. In this paper many resource allocation algorithms in different environment and area that mentioned before are reviewed, compared and summarized. for instance, Cloud-based computation algorithm implementations in cloud computing, Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) algorithm for SDN Networking, FFR algorithm application in cellular network, Fairness-based Distributed Resource Allocation (FDRA) algorithm for 5G networks, then each the results in each area are discussed in critique point of view.

Abstract

­One of the main characteristics of scaling data is complexity. Heterogeneous data contributes to data integration and the process of big data problems. Both of them are essential and difficult to visualize and interpret large-scale databases since they require considerable data processing and storage capacity. The data age, where data grows exponentially, is a significant struggle to extract data in a manner that the human mind can grasp. This paper reviews and provides data visualization and the Heterogeneous Distributed Storage description and their challenges using different methods through some previous researches. Besides, the results of reviewed research works are compared, and the fundamental shift in the world of large data visualization of virtual reality is discussed.

Abstract

­Coupled with resource retrained system and devices, Internet of things network requires effective utilization of Fog Computing system. With increasing demand and requirements for enhancing the performance, fog computing scenario requires increased output, less latency, greater performance etc. This review takes the concept of fog computing one step further by reviewing available literature on the components of fog computing to determine the effective outcomes for different settings and management of the network consideration. Contributing to the development appropriate settings and management of the cloud based support, necessary analysis has been carried out in this review. Systematic analysis on the development of fog computing such as system model has been analyzed. To review the prospects and development of fog computing, necessary relationships have been established such as fog computing, fog – cloud computing and fog – fog computing. Based on the learning of the research, future direction for the research has been suggested as well.

Abstract

­Recourses in a distributed system can be accessed or remotely accessed across multiple nodes in the system. Nodes share resources including hardware, software, and data in distributed systems. A distributed system can always have a common purpose, such as addressing a significant computational issue. The set of independent processors is then interpreted by the user as a unit. And the distributed system’s function is to organize the use of shared resources or to provide users with communication services. Therefore, this paper focuses on resource utilization in different techniques and different domains that motivate and support a distributed system. Many previous works related to this subject have been addressed, explained in detail. The results showed that resources play a vital role in facilitating organizational processes, reduce work runtimes, and achieve a performance improvement; it was also beneficial for helping users’ process massive data. The findings also explored that resource utilization aspects and factor’s impact are varied from the distributed system.

Abstract

­HADOOP is an open-source virtualization technology that allows the distributed processing of large data sets across standardized server clusters. With two modules, HADOOP Distributed File System (HDFS) and MapReduce framework, it is designed to scale single servers to thousands of computers, providing local computation and storage. Over a decade after HADOOP emerged on the forefront as an open system for Big Data analysis. Its growth has prompted several improvisations for particular data processing needs, based on the type of processing conditions at various periods of computation. This paper, through reviewing several kinds of research provides the basic HADOOP system structure and the description of the MapReduce, HDFS Efficiency. Explaining how the HADOOP framework can overcome the “5Vs” challenges in Big Data. However, in addition to the many benefits of the HADOOP system, like fault tolerance, reliability, high availability, scalable, decreases execution time, reduces latency, improve the security issues, improving the quality of data analysis, better scheduling model, and cost-efficiently. On the other hand, there were some barriers and challenges regarding adjusting data regularly, security issues, and load balancing. Finally, the certainly benefit and challenges of the HADOOP system have been represented paving the way for the future research to find solutions to these challenges.

Abstract

­Distributed cloud computing innovation is the best approach to provide everything to customers as services through a web association. Utilizing this innovation, the customers would have the option to lease the necessary services through internet browsers. Cloud computing is aimed mainly at delivering customer services on demand. Cloud computing is a general concept that provides a wide range of infrastructure-based services, through platform as a production tool, via software as a service providing customers with the licenses of an application as an on-demand service. Various service models such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and many more are used in Cloud Computing. The features of these service models that distinguish cloud computing from other areas of study are proposed to clarify the essential aspect of Cloud Computing. These service models are compared from different viewpoints so that they can better identify their origins. In this article, three key service models are compared and discussed, i.e., software as a service, platform as a service, Infrastructure as a service, and previous studies on these services demonstrated and compared based on methods, objects, and significant results.

Abstract

­No doubt financial performance analysis is a subjective & fundamental tool to discover the proficiency of the management in various parts of an organization. Evaluation of financial performance through analyzing the financial statement using financial ratios is usually related to how well an organization is using its revenue, expenses, assets as well as equity and liabilities which shows the picture of the financial position of that organization. Solvency (liquidity), profitability, turnover and return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) have been analyzed to interpret & measure the efficiency of management, financial performance and position of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (SPL). The nature of the study is empirical based on secondary data that have been collected from annual reports of SPL (2012-2019). Pharmaceutical is a significant aide of industrialization in the nation. Having a significant contribution (1.83%) of pharmaceutical industry to our GDP with a growth rate (15%) sound financial performance of pharmaceutical industry may be useful for getting ready financial and monetary policy of the nation. From the finding of the study, it is revealed that profitability, inventory & accounts receivable turnover, assets turnover, financial leverage, ROA & ROE are doing well but liquidity position is not so much satisfactory and assets turnover ratio requires more concentration on it cause of a mixed trend. From overall findings, it is supposed that the management of SPL has been able to keep stability in running the business affairs and bring upward trend in generating earnings. The study draws the attention of the proper authority through some recommendations like keeping up a compelling coordination among different departments particularly in the finance, sales and PPIC department for further improvement of SPL.
